Completions of our houses: “Basic”, “Comfort”, “Premium”

With the advent of modular houses, people are more likely to decide to start creating their own detached housing. After all, such construction has its advantages – the building is quickly assembled, environmentally friendly and has an attractive price. However, in order for the housing to meet all your requirements, you should carefully focus on the equipment of modular houses. Your coziness and comfort will depend on this decision. So let’s consider the possible options offered by Unitbud.

Types of equipment for modular homes

First of all, it should be said that each modular house is made of high-quality and environmentally friendly materials. There is no such thing as “good” or “bad”. The options among which the client chooses can be standard or with more advanced characteristics.

Basic configuration

With this arrangement, the client receives a house with a ready-made facade (raised beam “Smereka” and standing seam paintings). Such cladding has a number of advantages. First of all, imitation timber is an environmentally friendly and versatile material that is durable in operation. The exterior wall cladding will perfectly tolerate temperature changes, and additional antiseptic treatment will increase resistance to moisture and the appearance of fungi and mold. In addition, the false beam is characterized by a high level of heat and sound insulation, which makes the stay in the house comfortable.

The house will have entrance doors and energy-efficient windows. Plumbing and electrical connections will be laid beforehand. Oriented strand board (OSB), which has sufficient strength and moisture resistance, is used for interior wall, floor and ceiling decoration. You don’t have to worry about cold seasonal periods either – each modular project provides for the insulation of the house.

The basic configuration offers a house where you can immediately proceed to the decoration to your liking. This can be seen as both an advantage and a disadvantage, because there is no way to move in and live right away. This option does not include interior doors, stretch ceilings, taps and switches, or lighting.

A completely finished house is a “Comfort” package

In this house project, the exterior and interior decoration will be completed, as well as full lighting (both inside and outside). When comparing the houses of this and the basic configuration, we can note the use of false beams not only in the exterior but also in the interior wall decoration – instead of OSB boards. The house has a matte stretch ceiling. The company offers Egger laminate and ceramic tiles as flooring. In addition, interior doors, a standard switchboard and a boiler will be installed, and a ventilation system will be set up.

The advantages of this configuration:

  • a fully finished house for installation on your site;
  • underfloor heating;
  • built-in switches, sockets and necessary utilities;
  • reliable ventilation system.

“Comfort” package is considered the best solution among our customers, as it reflects an excellent value for money.

“Premium” equipment for the most demanding

This option, like the previous one, offers a house completely ready for installation on the site. Interior and exterior finishing, electrical fittings, and a heating system will be installed on the site. Doors between the rooms and a stretch ceiling made of ultra-matt material will be installed in the premises.

Features that distinguish the Premium package among others:

  • walls covered with plasterboard, which will be painted in the color of your choice;
  • reliability of an improved electrical switchboard from leading manufacturers;
  • energy-efficient windows with thickened glass and lamination.

As you can see, the three sets of modular houses that Unitbud can offer can satisfy any client, depending on their budget and requirements.

Cost of a house

In the process of choosing their ideal home, customers often ask about the pricing method for each individual project. In addition to the equipment, the material should also be taken into account when determining the price. For example, you can choose a cheaper imitation of a bar or standing seam paintings for decoration than HPL panels. A combination of several finishing options looks beautiful and stylish. Thus, the final cost of your modular home will depend on the finishing materials you choose.

How to choose the right package

Are you completely confused by the varieties of packages and can’t make the final choice? Let’s create a small list of factors to consider when making your choice:

  • whether you want to get a house ready for moving in or to slowly complete your own interior decoration;
  • weather conditions in your region and the location of the house – some materials may have a higher level of thermal insulation than others;
  • determining the limits of the budget.

Whatever modular house package the customer chooses, they will definitely get a high-quality project and a warm, comfortable home. And Unitbud specialists will be happy to help you choose the best option for you.
