There are quite a few options for using prefabricated structures. In the past, they were used as temporary accommodations primarily, such as for housing work crews in remote areas. They are also often ordered for building saunas or bathhouses on country properties. However, an increasing number of people are now interested in the possibility of purchasing a modular home for year-round living.

Quick-build houses have been popular for quite some time for various reasons. The main reason is the ability to construct and put the building into operation very quickly. Sometimes the construction period takes only a few days. Additionally, such houses allow for significant cost savings as they are much cheaper than traditional options. However, the question remains: should one choose a modular or frame house, as both of these types fall into the category of quick-build structures.

Classical construction technology, with the active use of liquid concrete mortars, is gradually becoming a thing of the past. Wherever possible, preference is given to structures made of modules.
