How spacious can modular country houses be?

This version of a modular home, as a summer residence, can cost more than a million hryvnias, however, it is comparable to a hard-wall house, and it is suitable for all-year-round living in the countryside with a family.

Why not a capital building?

Modular country houses have several obvious advantages that would make you want to choose in their favor.

1. This is adequate housing with a long lifespan. A garden modular house for a summer residence allows you to connect all of the utility systems to it, providing all the signs of “civilization” – power supply, water supply, sewerage, and heating. You can live in the unit even in the winter; this is a reliable shelter for many decades to come.
2. It is possible to get a module in a matter of weeks. You can skip the design phase by selecting a model project from the photo on the manufacturer’s website. The assembly is performed at the manufacturer using finished parts and it takes a minimum of time. The supplier will bring the unit to the site and install it in one day. 3. Considering the prices of modular houses for summer cottages, this is the most budgetary housing option. The speed and simplicity of assembly, as well as the absence of the need to use heavy construction equipment, make the building extremely cheap. For example, in a large city, it is unrealistic to find a capital object of a similar size at a comparable price.
4. The module is mobile: if the owners move, they don’t have to search for a buyer for the unit and a new home, but simply order the transportation of the structure from the old place to the new one, with installation within one day. Only the view outside the window will change, but the familiar home atmosphere will remain the same!
